How do I get started?
If you do not have a Tabuu account, simply click the 'Get Started' button in the menu. You will then gain access to the patient portal and be eligible to request a prescription or, upload your existing prescription. For more information, click here
How long will it take to get a prescription?
An independant Australian Doctor needs to review your application. Our aim is for this to be reviewed in under 24 hours.
Can I use a prescription I already have?
Yes, once you create your account you have the ability to upload an image of your existing prescription. For more information about process click here
Can I use a prescription if I have the QR code?
Yes, we are able to dispense product using the QR code of your prescription.
What happens if I am not eligible for a prescription?
If you're not eligible for treatment options we will contact you and organise a refund of your consultation costs, where applicable.
How much are the medications I will be prescribed?
Our goal is to offer a wide range of TGA compliant products with a variety of competitive price points to suit all patients.
How much is delivery?
We offer free delivery for all orders over $150. If your order does not exceed $150 we offer $10 flat standard shipping or, $15 flat express shipping anywhere in Australia.
How do I reorder?
You're able to reorder medication from your patient portal, providing your prescription is still valid. Simply log back in to start shopping.
Am I eligible for vaping prescriptions?
An independent doctor assess each patient and may provide a vaping prescription if they deem it clinically appropriate. Doctors do not have to provide patients with a vape prescription if they do not see the treatment as clinically appropriate for the patient.
