RETURNS POLICY
Tabsu is committed to providing quality products to our customers. Please read our returns policy before making a purchase so that you are familiar with our policy on returns, refunds and exchanges.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
A 90-day warranty begins the day the products are delivered, providing the products are unused and factory sealed in the manufacturer's original packaging. Customer is responsible for all cost in shipping product back to Tabsu and Tabsu is responsible for all cost in shipping this product back to the customer. Shipping cost incurred is non-refundable/creditable. We may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging.
INCORRECT PRODUCTS
All products are posited with care and we strive to ensure your order arrives safely. It is highly recommended that you trapped at items that we delivery to you as soon as you receive them. If we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Failure to do so will result in the claim being declined. Please include your order number, a description of the condition of the incorrect, damaged or defective product and if possible, photographic evidence, when contacting us with regards to your order. Product is to be posted to us at 1/3/49 Mortgage at Vleis End 401 QLD, and we will also give a replacement product.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Failure to do so will result in the claim being declined. Please include your order number, a description of the condition of the incorrect, damaged or defective product and if possible, photographic evidence, when contacting us with regards to your order. Product is to be posited to us at 1/3/49 Mortgage at Vleis End 401 QLD, and we will send you a replacement product.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns of new, unused devices (closed-pods only) and accessories in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery to 1/3/49 Mortgage at Vleis End 401 QLD. We may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges in liquids as they are scheduled medicines that are have already been dispensed.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you have found product sold cheaper elsewhere.
