SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping options and time frame are stated at checkout.

Our delivery time frames are from the date the order is collected by Australia Post, not from the time the order was placed. Our orders are posted once a day. All orders placed prior to 12:00 (AEST) are usually fulfilled on the same day. Once the order has left our warehouse, we have no control over the delivery time.

We are not responsible for delays, damage or loss of parcels due to customer-related redirects that are organised directly with Australia Post after the order leaves our warehouse. Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct. If your address is incorrect on your order confirmation email, please contact us immediately prior to receiving a shipping confirmation email to change the order address before your order is posted. If a change of delivery address is required after you have received a shipping confirmation email, please contact Australia Post with your order tracking number.

In the event of a failed delivery resulting in your package returning back to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at your expense.
